Approve Regional Report

Once the regional body Portfolio Manager submits the portfolio report, the Monitoring and Evaluation officer with Natural Resource Management Programs (DNRM) is able to review the report.

Instructions for Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

1. Select Portfolio from the primary navigation.

2. Select the relevant Portfolio.

3. Select the Performance Reports tab, this will list all the current Activity Agreements and their reporting status. 

4. Once the regional body has Submitted their regional report the Portfolio Performance report tab will also display consolidated reports to be downloaded and reviewed.  These are:

• Milestone Performance Report;
• Output Performance Report; and
• MERI Target Report.

6. Select either Approved or Request Amendment.

7. Enter a comment in the text box.

8. Select Submit.

9. If Request Amendment is selected, use the generated excel report to highlight changes required and send in email to the regional body. The regional body will make the relevant changes and resubmit the report.

10. When you Approve the report, the report will be Versioned 1.0 and listed within the historical reports section.
